GROW and Skyline continues to work together with parents, community and Aboriginal services to improve the educational experiences for Aboriginal students. This embodies the shared vision
and commitment of all participating parties to the success of Aboriginal students in the following areas:
Academic Cultural Community Social and Emotional Support
Parent Liaison Elder participation Tutorial assistance
Community Services Liaison Mentorship Programs
Cultural Arts & Crafts:
Our students are provided with opportunities to create a variety of crafts that have included:
carving masks, beading, drum making, painting and other projects.
Role Model
All Aboriginal students have the opportunity to represent our district as a Role Model. If students are interested in representing our district they can apply.
